Hi @kellywil2009 and welcome, I find an Iron supplement and a lighter quilt on the bed at night helps with my RLS. :)

That reminds me that the opposite - weighted blankets - help some people with RLS and without (comforting, calming), but annoy others, with and without (pressuring, oppressing). So I'd suggest testing lighter and heavier.
 
A heavy quilt causes me greater body pain at night. I can't stand the pressure pionts of pain it causes. It's the same with clothes, anything heavy or restricting is a no. I find lighter much better.

More proof, of course, that we are all very different in terms of what helps and what does not, even though we all have the same syndrome. :)
