They say Fibro is a silent disorder/disease because you can't see it.

Well it isn't silent to me or those who live with me. I feel it everyday, sometimes nagging other times screaming. My family sees me jolt, hears me yell in pain, and are on the receiving end of my mood swings. Fibro might take a bit of a break but it never leaves and it makes sure you remember it is there. Feel good and try to do something it will raise it's ugly head.

Just my little rant for the day. :)

Hi Tina... Sometimes those little rants really do help in a small way, don't they? And you're right about feeling good, too...
I've heard a number of people say that... that right when there seems to be a better day, there it comes. :(

Maybe a better term for it would be "invisible" instead of "silent," don't you think? Not always seen on the surface,
but far from silent.

You didn't say whether today was one of your bad days or not, but if it is, I hope you can find something that will
help you be nice to Tina.
