Hiya, this feels strange typing how fibro affects my life, I've had it for over 10 yrs but the last couple of years it's been really bad, I'm now struggling to walk, I'm allergic to anti inflammatory medication and have a low tolerance to steroids, over the years I've tried many things to try and help, with no permanent relief though. I'm finding life very frustrating at the moment
