hi, I amk new to this forum. living in west Africa and wanting to connect with other sufferers. no comforts here! want to give up meds because of side effects, scared because they actually do lessen the pain and help me sleep. Hi Im Ruthie Im new too..have Fibro for 25 years..this year has been the worst...I work but it is hard. I have had some deaths in my family and that has stressed me and made my fibro worse and depression. Nice to talk to someone else that has it too. Ruthie
