Hello @runrunrun (love the name) and welcome to the forum. I am very sorry to hear that life is so challenging for you right now, and you are more than welcome to come here and vent all you want or need to. Many people here have been in similar situations to yours and we can relate to what you are saying and empathize with you. If we could be there to help you physically, we would! But at least we can be here for you, read what you write, and let you know that you are not alone.

Taking care of yourself, to whatever extent you are able to, is very important. In a situation like yours, very often a person puts everyone ahead of themselves, and that is understandable. Once you have cared for everyone else you are responsible for you have no energy left for yourself. But if you can find even little ways of caring for yourself, eating something especially healthy and tasty perhaps, or finding a few minutes just to chill by yourself, it can only do you good. I hope that you are able to do that, even if it is just in a small way.

Please feel free to continue to post here and we will always be here to support you in any way we can. I hope that joining this forum is helpful to you because that is why we are here. Let us know what we can do for you.

Hi @runrunrun 🤗 🤗 🤗

Welcome to the forums :)

I hope just being able to vent, and to know you are supported on here, I hope it makes you feel a bit better in yourself.

I'd have no hope of handling all of that, so realise you are quite amazing 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Take care :)
