Tingling in my arms and hands

Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 3 years ago. I also have RA. One of my other symptoms is raynauds. My fingers and toes turn white if I get cold. But lately instead of my hands turning white when I get cold I have tingling in my arms and hands. Once I warm up it goes away. Does anyone have this problem ?

Yep, I have experienced that.
One thing that contributes to tingling in the hands is if you sleep as many people do with your hands curled up. Try wearing braces on your wrists at night or teach yourself to sleep in a different position so your hands are not curled.

this won't help with the turning white when cold, though. My fingertips turn white if I am even a little bit cold. I have been told this is a circulation issue.

I have Raynaud's and I have tingling arms and hands, but not that warming helps the tingling. But does then seem connected, interesting...
