Tremors or twitching?

Does anybody also experience facial tremors/ twitching? Off and on today, my chin feels like it's twitching (sort of like your eye twitching when tired). It's a very odd feeling and I'm not sure what to think about it. Any thoughts or suggestions would be very appreciated.

I don't tremors as much as a weird numb sensation on half my.face and lips. Is there any particular part of the day it happens?

Yesterday it happened later during the day - after I had taken a nap. Sometimes I also have that weird numb sensation around my bottom lip. Today, I haven't had any chin tremors - so strange (?)

I dont experience facial twitching but i do experience allover tremors and a little shaking in hands and fingers.
