trying to decide if it is the right diagnosis

25 years ago I injured my back taking care of an elderly relative. Went to doc after doc because of the constant pain and fatigue, no doctor would even believe me. All of a sudden this year I am being told I have disc problems and fibro. I am trying to find out as much as I can so I can decide if they are correct this time.

I have been doing a lot of reading but no one seems to know a whole lot about fibro, lots of confusing and contradictory info out here. Anyone know where I can find some reliable info?
