Was this a Diagnosis

After several years of Dr Visits , tests visits to Rheumatologist, Neurologist, bloods et cetera. Nothing.

The doctor said yesterday "with multiple symptoms and clear tests ( my sister was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 10 years ago) . She said it's very likely you have Fibromyalgia"

Is this a Diagnosis?

Or several docs, and each has their opinion ;-)
If a doc says it's very likely, they often write it down as certain in their reports.
Had that for depression: 1st psychiatrist says *might be depression, his report says: it is depression. Not checking it. All non-psychiatrists adopt this, even those who write it's fibromyalgia. My 2nd & 3rd psychiatrists (sleep lab) say: It's *not depression...
Maybe I shouldn't have given the other specialists that report. But at the beginning I wasn't as sure of things as I am now...

It sounds like you have fibromyalgia but to most doctors it is a mystery and they weren’t trained on the diagnosis and management of fibromyalgia. There also is a big stigma among many doctors about fibromyalgia.
this is what has prompted me to write a book on fibromyalgia.
