i saw the wellbeing team today.turns out I need to see a srink. As it seems highly likely I have bi polar after all.ive never seen one before im not worried, just amazed at what come outta my mouth really.the more I talked the more I could see how messed up my head is.
I did have to giggle when she tried the CBT.and a different way of thinking,I said sure for fibro but the way I'm feeling right now you have more lucky finding red rum.so now I wait
