What can you do to make yourself feel better when you have a Fibromyalgia flare? For me it's trying to stay stress free, sleeping for at least 8 or 9 hours a night, and getting some form of exercise everyday or close to that. Having a positive mindset is a plus and laughing when you can is very beneficial as well. I am also finding that meditating everyday can be tremendously helpful as well. What do you do that helps you to feel better with this condition?
