1. Autoimmune Paleo Diet
2. Chiropractor / muscle work
3. Alleve
4. CBD oil when necessary

I HIGHLY recommend the diet. My pain level went from an 8/9 down to a 5 within 3 days. I do have to take Alleve every day, but it is manageable most days now.

1. Low carb high fat diet with intermittent fasting
2. Exercise
3. No drugs
4. CDB oil, valerian, and other muscle relaxing supplements.

Hi 13Harley13,

The one thing I find that helps me is Massage.
I try to go every two weeks for an hour or an 1 1/2 hr massage.

I joined a club that discounts their massages if you pay on a monthly basis. So it helps with the price.
It relaxes me and helps circulate your blood and oxygen throughout your body.

I also use numbing creams to help with muscle or foot pain.

I have to get a good nights rest, so I take ambien. And I sleep most of the night.
It really helps.

Just started simple Pilates excercises

I also take sublingual B12 natures made everyday, it helps me with energy and stress.

I take Vitamen C and D3 daily
Omega three fatty acid capsules and Lysine

I pace my activities to make sure I don't drain my energy.

Talk to God every day and asks for Strength!!!

Weird. My original post also mentioned using the Fascia Blaster. It has helped my pain so much!

Whats Facia Blaster?

- tramadol
- listening to my body = accepting my limits
- double enjoying the good moments
- muscle relaxants every other night to ensure a good night's sleep
- heat pads in winter, cold packs in summer
- self-massage with a tennis ball
- exercising (walking + basic yoga/stretching moves)
- staying distracted no matter what
