Sorry folks, I'm off, at least for a while. Been attacked, insulted, bossed, patronized by the active mod 20-30x, and tried to live with it. Many before me (that came on after me) have left for good because of this.

I now vow to report posts and respond to hurtful posts with "ouch" if I see. I know I too have had to step away from aggressive responses, minimizing my posts and feelings, and "corrected" when intention was obvious. If that isn't helpful, I will retreat to my Facebook group.

Sorry to hear about the stress @JayCS, I heard about it this morning and wondered what happened. You have been a very active and helpful member since long before I joined. It would be a shame to lose you from the group, but your health and well-being comes first. Hopefully we'll see you again and there will be less stress in future. Atb

Thanks @JayCS for all the support and advice. Your posts always made me think long and hard, and see things in a new light, and airline to have my thoughts challenged, yet always respected. You have been a great help to me, and obviously so many others. I wish you well. I hope the zlip zlap are already visiting you.

Hi I'm new. I can control my pain but cutting out gluten, limiting red meat and trying to cut out processed food. No matter matter how much I meditate, exercise or sleep I'm shattered and feel like I have the flu. Is there a way to control the tiredness?

LD N since Oct 1st (starting at 0.07mg, Dec: 2mg) has improved my energy (from around 10% to >25%), stiffness, sleep and pain. T4 in Feb (previous profile post) made me lose my appetite, so had to stop, whilst LD N has been very low in side effects.

Energy up to around 30% since I went up to 2.5mg, stiffness and pain similar, sleep brilliant. Now 3mg hasn't made a difference. Triggers will bring me down to 10%, but recovery is still quicker. If no further improvement when I slowly increase to 4.5mg I may go back down to 2.5mg or so. After than creatine monohydrate, then malate, then @JamieMarc's guaifenesin...

Hi I'm Ren from The Sweet with the Sour. I have lived quite a journey with Fibro, Chronic Fatigue, Anxiety and Depression. FM, CFS, Anxiety and Depression have tried to make my world small. I make sure to look for, and sometimes mine the sweet, to help add joy, laughter and happiness into my days as much as possible... sometimes you need to do a bit more digging than on other days.
Finally solved my bedding problem. Sick of waking up cold middle of the night bedding all over the place.
Getting fitted sheets on and to stay in place is impossible. I purchased a soft cotton comforter. The kids ones are softer and smooth.
Each morning I just shake and place it back on top. Also better keeping top quilt/rug or sheet just on me.

Funny how different English and German bed stuff is, Germans often can't manage with English and the English can't with German ones. I don't even know what you mean by any of comforter, fitted sheets, quilt or rug! 😊 Comforter sounds like a sleeping bag? That's what I'd try.
But I use 2-3 duvets in different thicknesses, thickest wrapped around my feet.

Comforter is like a quilt but all in one so no opening. I place that over my mattress and sleep on top of it.
I have larger sheets but they still come off during the night.
I also have a weighted blanket which is great for leg and feet pain. But too heavy for my stomach and shoulders.
I put soft rug over my top half- waist, arms and shoulders. Happy snuggling.

I just forgot ;-)))) mention I am Type 2 diabetic too, and on medication Gulvanet too.
