Dear Louis Healey,

I'm writing you from Turkey about your article 'Polymyalgia rheumatica and seronegative rheumatoid arthritis may be the same entity'.

I'm internist and ı'm  working  in  Eskişehir Osmangazi Medical Faculty Hospital General İnternal Medicine. My professor of rheumatology, his name is Cengiz Korkmaz, wanted to me  literature researching  about the differences and similarities of PMR and RA and then we want to write an review article with our  two cases . However the treatment of our cases were very difficult. Older age, two women and the first diagnoses of both of them PMR and then they new following diagnosis were RA.But they needed  for the new situation immunosuppressive treatment.
