I have started having tingling in my arm(elbow down to hand) It occurs mostly when I get up in the morning and when I shift position during the day.....sometimes just standing. Nerve conduction studies were normal. I am wondering if this is a common Fibro symptom or possibly a neck issue. I have some Spinal stenosis.

When I get out of bed or from a sitting position my arm tingles from my elbow to my hand. I have had nerve conduction studies and do not have any abnormality .

How many of you have tingling in your arms and or legs? I have back issues and am trying to determine if this is a neck/back issue or Fibro ?

Hi there angelwings. I have that shaking in both my hands and legs. It usually happens when I do to much or stand to long. I noticed the shaking long before I was diagnosed. Sometimes its so bad I have to use two hands to hold a glass to drink. Don't let it get you down though. Its not as bad as everything else.

I was wondering if anyone else has a vibration or tremor in one of their hands....? Is this part of the Fibro thing?
