  • BTW, has anyone experienced extreme reactions/sx's to the weather changes? Cannot recall feeling so cold, and yet, this can turn on a dime! As well, a bit of exercise I can handle, but no way a full half hour of cardio any longer , as I'm exhausted for two days afterwards. ( and this from a lifetime athletic person). Halter EKG showed infrequent arrhythmias- no pathology. Thank you ! Hope I can offer up advice, effective listening and or suggestionas to some of you soon. Over n out.
Thanks for the welcome. It's therapeutic to be able to communicate with others who experience similar sx's.
    I've had Fibro/CFS ( now it's also referred to as ME/CFS), since 2005.
At this time, I've stabilized, but have flare-ups now and then. General discomfort is acceptable but pain-pain is debilitating. I find that, on a more consistent level, I suffer more now from fatigue, brain fog, decreased interest and passion for life. Staying home is my 'thing'. (Not a social phobia, as I still work, however). I take Tramadol for pain. I've lowered it from 6 to up to 4 a day now ( usually #2 to 4, 50 mg tablets). I just started a medication for ADD, but not sure I will continue, as it makes me feel a bit keyed up but w/out assisting specifically with focus. At any rate, this is much too long but I thank you for the time to vent.
