    Don't feel alone an afraid, this is great as you can see that other people are suffering and giving helpful advice.
    Firstly relax and take stock, ie, your not going to die from this. Yes it's painful and yes you are going to have to change some things and accept others.
    Realise that you have to stop fighting it try the meds your given and pace yourself.
    Do things in small bursts and then rest.
    I find swimming makes me feel better and helps with the stiff feeling, although I can't swim as far as I used too.
    The next day I have more pain, but know this and make sure I don't have much to do. Exercise of some sort is advisable.
    When I'm really low I think of what my daughter said to me, keep going as one day they will find a cure!
    Here's hoping.
    Take care and don't give up!
