I will do my share of moaning, but have been meditating for some yrs. I get real committed and then I slack off, but remind myself how effective it truly is, so get back on the meditation trail.

There are many forms, I often have a favorite mantra I repeat over and over and sometimes I just do a silent meditation, clearing my mind of everything.

It works, if you work it!


A new mantra I heard recently is: Day By Day, In Every Way, I'm Getting Better and Better...

Repeat this daily, 10-20 times a few times a day....and it's amazing. Especially before going to sleep and when one wakes up. Take care all. J
 
starting the day and night with a good mind set is very helpful.
