Painful knee.

Hi everyone, this is my first time so i was hoping for some advice please. I have had pain in my feet and legs for at least four years, but was only diagnosed with fibromyalgia in May this year. I have got terrible pain in my right knee on the left side, and I am really struggling to walk. I put it down to walking to much on holiday and because my feet swell and hurt after walking it start's my knee hurting. I have taken painkiller's which make no difference and I have massaged it with several creams. I am taking Alzain tablet's and Duloxetine tablet's, prescribed by the doctor. I am hoping someone can suggest something that might help please.
