Anyone have this problem? In the morning when my feet hit the floor, the bottoms of my feet hurt quite a lot. Just a strange side thing or possibly part of the overall FM constellation?

Look up on line a condition called plantar fascitis, it is a condition that causes pain in the bottom of your feet. It is not from fibro, but can cause you lots of in walking. There are certain shoes you can get that pull your toes upward at night to stretch the lower foot muscles and arch back into proper position which relieves the pain. Do a web search on this condition.

Soaking your feet in epson salts will help with the pain and help relax your feet. :)

Something like that happens to me, but not often. It mostly happens if I stand up for too long. I was told it could be plantar fascitis on the forums! As 1sweed mentioned, this isn't caused by fibro, it's a totally different thing and it seems to be quite common.

Thank you both for your time in answering me.
