take Butterbur Extra to keep the chronic migraines away. It contains vitamin B2, magnesium (as malate), Purple Butterbur root extract, Ginger extract, Feverfew extract, and 5-hydroxy tryptophan.
I also take 4000 iu of vitamin D. About 7 years ago I took 10x that much, but now I don't seem to need to. Every year when the doctor checks my cholesterol I ask her to also check my serum vit. D level. If I don't keep up on vitamin D I get sinus infections.
I take krill oil for omega 3. Also Alive multivitamin. I recently added CoQ10.
