Morphine

How many of you are on high doses of morphine for your pain? I take 180mg ER and 120 mg IR a day. Without it the pain would be excruciating, with it the pain is bearable, a 5 out of 10. Even with the morphine, I can do very little. I mostly rest at home. I only leave the house once a week and have to rest 3 days before and live with pain for 3-4 days after.

Gosh that sounds awful. I am not on morphine but my life has also become so hard with severe pain all over 24/7 in recent months. Do you get many side affects with the morphine?
