Does anyone remember seeing or trying this diet. It appears to me it could be helpful in more ways then one. What do you think?

The Stress Diet

Breakfast:
1/2 of a grapefruit
1 Slice Whole-wheat toast
8 oz Skim milk

Lunch:
4 oz Broiled Chicken Breast
1 cup steamed Spinach
1 cup Herbal Tea
1 Oreo Cookie

Mid Afternoon Snack:
Remainder of Oreos in Pack
2 pints of Ice Cream
1 jar Hot Fudge Sauce With Nuts, Cherries, and Whipped Cream

Dinner:
2 Loaves Garlic Bread with Cheese
Large Sausage or Cheeze Pizza
4 cans of beer
3 Milky Way Candy Bars

Late Night Snack:
1 Entire Sara-Lee Cheesecake, Eaten Directly From Freezer

As I said this could help you with stress, but also help your weight considerably.

Rules of Diet:
If you eat something and no one sees you it has no calories.
If you drink a diet soda while eating a candy bar, the diet soda cancels out the calories.
If someone eats with you, the clalories don't count as long as you eat less then they do.
Foods for medicinal purposes never count, like hot chocolate, brandy, toast, Sara-Lee.
Fatten up the people around you, it makes you look thinner.
Movie-related foods have no calories because they are for entertainment only.
Cookie pieces contain no calories, as breakage causes calorie leakage.
Things licked off of spoons have no calories, like ice cream, while making a sundae.
Food that have the same color have the same amount of calories, like spinach, and pistachio ice cream, or cauliflower and whipped topping.
Choocolate is a universal substitute and may be used in place of any other food.

Do you like this Diet? :) :)

Hmmm... I think I know a few people on this diet. D:

Wouldn't it be nice to be so carefree without side effects? :)
