Fibro Dr in Boston/Massachusetts area?

Does anyone know of a specialist, chiropractor, pain specialist, herbalist, holistic doctor, MD who can perform acupuncture in the South Shore of Massachusetts? I have been searching for months and have come up with nothing. The only places I can find do not take insurance and at this time the only thing I can do is use my "MassHealth" which is Medicaid. However, I cannot work so the only income I have is bi-monthly Transitional Aid until I can get myself back together or until it runs out. I doubt I would even qualify for Disability. In the meantime, my son is Autistic and I cannot work a full day so finding a job is hard because I have to put him on the van at 9 and get him off at 3, and there is no after school program for a child with his energy or demands.

Are you willing to go to Portsmith, NH? I've been flying out to see a naturopathic doctor with extensive training in chiropractic care, acupuncture, psychology, and nutrition. Since going to him, I no longer have fibromyalgia pain. I'm not exaggerating - he is amazing, but you have to do the lifestyle he tells you to do or his treatments won't help enough. I have to follow his instructions perfectly, but my life is improving so much. He is rather pricey, and you'll have to keep going back to see him, but he's the most knowledgeable doctor I've ever met in my life (and I've been to A LOT of doctors) and his treatments (between chiropractic and acupuncture) are far superior to any treatments I can get locally as his training is so good. He's also a lot cheaper than hospital fees, MRI's, prescriptions, and other "conventional" treatments that don't actually fix you - just cover up symptoms.
