I've always been shy, have had depression since probably middle school. Always was getting sick when I was younger and even now seem to be moderately sick a good deal. My shoulders and neck always feel very tense and I get a lot of migraines. I have stomach issues (something maybe IBS related?) a lot of the time. I also notice I tend to suffer from low blood sugar and get shaky/headaches/in pain when I don't eat for a bit. I am always tired and something in my body usually hurts, if not all over. Sometimes it's like a dull pain, sometimes I feel like my muscles really need to be streched, sometimes it feels like it's burning. Sometimes it's like a deep ache. Sometimes I'll have a sharp pain in my finger that'll shoot through my arms.
I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I was wondering if this sounds like I could have fibromyalgia? I feel like things have been getting worse and even going to work for 4.5 hour shifts is very draining. I have been nervous to tell anyone really because it's not like it completely stopping me from doing things and it varies in strength and the way it feels. Sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. I told my doctors (two different ones) and they both told me it was most likely just from my depression. I am currently taking 75mg effexor and buspirone 10-20mg as needed for anxiety and have been on that for about a month.
If anyone could let me know what they thing this is it would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds pretty familiar. Not just some of your symptoms, but all of them. Maybe see a specialist for fibromyalgia or a rheumatologist to rule out other possibilities.
