Many thanks notme. Yes.. did phone later to ask what tests were .. Blood Count and Serum C I think

Your doctor, if he said there is a blood test for fibromyalgia is a complete idiot. One of the things they do to diagnose it is blood tests...because normal blood tests mean it is more likely.

In many with fibromyalgia, the sed rate might be elevated, but not all. Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain above and below the waist and must not nave another cause...and lasting more than 3 months.

With diabetes, neuropathies ate very common. Those are also very painful at times. But, otherwise, I have already given my opinion.

Muscle fatigue from exercise is different, at least for me, than the pain I have from spasticity...which by the way, a good neuro is not going to miss in an exam. I consider myself pretty well versed in some medical conditions due to my long history of health problems...but it was the neuro that told me what I was experiencing in my legs during her exam was spasticity.

Good luck to you. Stop Internet searching and wait for the neuro.
