This month my specialist in another state

Said my severe back pain and collapsing are chronic fatigue

He has made allot of interesting finds in my fibromyalgia chronic fatigue chronic pain

2014 found I have had my whole life hmm and I was believing everyone that I was lazy and worthless

Wow now at 40 when my head is fubar from being beat down all my life thanks for finding that

My family still don't believe any of it lol

the fatigue will make you pass out where you stand. its happened to me many times in the past.
read my 2 posts what is fibromyalgia and starting a daily log book. use the clothes pin on the family so they can understand your pain and how you cant see it like you cant see a headache or back pain from a muscle. dont let family get you down, it only makes your pain worse(trigger). keep venting and posting it helps.

My triggers are to many lol

I was blessed with stress and anxiety disorders and social anxiety also severe panic manic whatever on changes in my life

Cars house my cat just died I will have to look up your posts

I use martial arts focus center meditation and other ways to try to help and relax

I listen to music the 8 hours my wife works or take the car and go to the park

I have learned like most of you ways to reduce stress pain or take my mind off it

Copeing techniques I like you're cloths pin I use the flu and rocks holding them all the time

A invisible war with almost no support or understanding

Thanks

well im glad you know them triggers. the only thing you have left is venting here and talking to those that understand your pain. you found the right place.
you can private message me anytime. friend me first. click on my name then befriend me, then under contact info click private msg.

stay calm, im sorry about the cat. i feel you and hear you my friend.

I was diagnosed in 2005. Since then the fatigue and pain have increased. You can take pain meds to deal with the pain, but there is nothing for the exhaustion that takes over your life. I have fallen asleep sitting in my office, having a conversation with my husband, - and of course they all think I am 'not paying attention" or what ever. You can imagine the looks from people that have no idea how much this illness takes from a person.
