Just found this interesting article regarding research done with Nicotinamide riboside.
While I have not found any medical papers regarding use for fibromyalgia directly, I did find a recent one describing it as an effective treatment for mitochondrial myopathies. If you
are seeing a naturopath doctor, or have a doctor that believes in supplemental therapies,
you may want to discuss the possibilities of adding it to your regimen if mitochondrial damage/disorder is suspected.
