I have just joined the forum and would like to say hi.So good to see other posts about fibro.The worst thing ever is the constant pain the sleeplessness and the feeling you are losing the plot because you cannot remember small things.The constant tears and feeling low not good either.A warm hello to everyone on here.

A warm welcome to you! This is a good forum with so many kind and supportive people. We understand what you're going through. I hope that reading others' posts and sharing your own will be cathartic for you. It was for me almost right away. It felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I hope that you experience that feeling as well. I know others here have.
