Angelle, that is interesting. I'm always amazed at the interconnections in wellness. It makes me realize just how often everything does work as it should in spite if those complexities. And I am graceful. Also makes me hopeful that my ideas about not relying on any one thing to improve my health are wise.

Look for a "standardized" vit. D. Yes, it is common for FMers to have low vit. D. Many times you have to ask for the blood test to find out as it is not routine. I was mostly outside in sunny, hot AZ gardening for 5mo. and my D levels were low. As you get older,(and in some other cases) the body doesn't convert vit. D very well. It often makes quite a difference in your pain levels. Also vit. D is good for preventing cancer and common illnesses,(colds, flu). My Dr. is a big believer in vit. D.

Gentle hugs to all.

I've also been suggested Vit d sachet by someone. never taken it though. will look for it and let you all know.
