Default Tanning bed.

I wonder if having fibro and tanning bed is bad idea. I can't tolerate being in the Sun anymore, and I feel like a ghost without a tan.
My next thought is tanning lotion, is there something anyone here knows that works well?

I have used some tanning locations over the years when I was still vain...and for years I lived in the sun, loved the sun, got good Vit D for years and then in early 50's came in from the sun, cancer spots etc and just could not tolerate too much anymore...Now taking Vit D3 and K2 since late 2006.....

On the lotions, use a light tanning lotion, don't go too dark, and look for a lotion pretty free of chemicals that could harm.

I would NOT go near a tanning coffin....
