Greetings all,
For years I have suffered with poor sleep due to pressure points/aches in my hips and back while lying in bed. I have purchased and tried every mattress known to man, but none has helped me sleep any better. While I am not an extreme case, I would still love to resolve this issue and to get better sleep. Any comments would be appreciated!

Hi there, welcome to the forum. I'm not placed for diagnosis but it is worth consulting a doctor about this. Although be persistent because many of us have experience with virtually useless doctors.

Try getting a thick cotton mattress pad or topper 3 inches thick and use a foam pad underneath this, on top of your regular mattress under your sheets. If you can cushion your hips and back better it should improve your sleep. As for medications read the chonic pain section and alternative section. Read the older and new posts to find answers about medications. :)
