Hi,
I live in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Winter time is starting to slowly show itself. I can already fell my arthritis getting sore, stiff and that is starting to stress my body. So then the Fibro starts up. I have struggled for the last two-three days to function at work in the mornings. Now, I can feel the depression starting up. I also have vit D deficiently (as if I really needed that too!). I am really having a hard time staying positive. Each year it seems to get worse and worse as the snowball affect starts and then gets going full blown! I do still work full time, although I do tend to miss a bit in the winter time. I also take my vacation time in the winter to help "justify" my time off. How do you handle it when you know that "it is starting" again? how do you stay positive? I think I really need some ideas!
