That's probably something I could attempt for a short time on a 'good' day. I've had such a hard time with walking lately due to lack of motivation (and pain). I fear going too far and not being able to make it back home. With bad knees Im unable to do most types of aerobic exercise. Great video. Thanks for sharing it.
 
Thx vickythecat, I agree with you. Doing something to keep moving helps not only physically but mentally. I like the idea of having a 'go to' workout for home. congrats on your efforts and how it's helping you.

I fear going too far and not being able to make it back home.

This is also a problem for me whenever I want to go out; I am scared I cannot come back. Even on a good day, I have to know there are places I can sit and rest if and when fatigue/pain kicks in out of the blue. With this work-out, I at least know my couch is right behind me to fall on, if/when the worst comes :)
