Yesterday was a reasonably good day a little pain but not unbearable. Today is once again another story. I woke with painful legs and feeling very tired, after a trip to do some shopping I came home in agony again, took some codeine and went to bed and slept. This condition gives me no control of my life, i just seem to go from one day to the next. I have another appointment with my GP next week, after being told by the specialist physician this week that the pain and pins and needles I am experiencing in my hands, feet and legs was caused by hyperventilating due to anxiety, my life feels quite helpless.

You are heard and I certainly empathize with you.
Such a struggle, and yep, normalcy? scefuli g? Very hard to do. Just take advantage of the time you DO feel a semblance of normalcy try not to over go when they occur ( hard not to though), and as much as possible, rest when you can
or must. I use to be able to bank on feeling better by around 11 am, after stretches, mess and shower, but this isn't always the case. Go with the flow sweetie. I'd like to say i am here, but this site is quite confusing for me. Hope you even get this response.

I hear your pain.

Trying my best to get through the bad days too.

Hoping that this community can provide answers and a bit of support.

And I hope that I can add to that support by saying, I wish you all the best.

Thats a new one. I have pins and needles, many Fibro patients do. Ummmm, new Dr. Maybe.?

I know what you mean, I'm struggling to stay positive at the moment. I used to have 1 or 2 flares in a year, now there seems to be very little in the way of relief in between flares. I'm at the stage I'm thinking what is the point but I know this is just anger & frustration & that it will pass at some point.
