Best pain medication?

I've tried hydrocodone and oxycodone, and now tramadol: I didn't like the Percocet or Vicodin, and the tramadol makes me feel dependent. What are some other pain killers that are used in treating fibro? Have you had luck with any of these?:-(

I'm on tramadol. And yes it's addictive ,I don't care what anyone says.
But it's the only thing letting me have a life.and we could be on a lot worse then this,I get by on four a day.
Im afraid you have to weigh up pros and cons with this illness.
