Dear members of the forum and support group,
Recently, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and for some time now I have been in constant pain. I have noticed that when I am stressed, worrying too much about things, or feeling a bit depressed, pain is getting worse. I am still fresh in the domain of having this condition and I was wondering (actually I am often asking myself this) whether my physical condition can improve with time or I am bound to feel pain kind of for the rest of my life (looks a bit grim). I would really appreciate your input as I get discouraged at times and I am in the process of trying to figure out what may alleviate the pain and fatigue (in general, I am not in favor of taking medications). Thank you in advance!
