Dr. that will help pittsburgh PA

need a lot of help seriously this pain has got me thinking of suicide. need a doctor that will help with this. I will do whatever it takes. I tell my doctor my problems and its like talking to a wall. he will not give me anything more for pain I ask him what else can I do he dosent even respond with "i don't know" he says absolutely nothing. I also have 7 bulging disc and DDD.

you know what not even Pittsburgh anywhere is the country I will freaking move. I thought of painting track marks on my arm and go to methadone clinic. I know it sounds funny, but that's how desperate I am.
