Hi and welcome to our forum blee--

I have fibromyalgia and my flare ups feel exactly like-- cramping. We usually use our muscles bilaterally, so often times, it will hit me on both sides. Now don't start worrying about fibro..... I guess I shouldn't have mentioned that...... there are many more symptoms of fibro you didn't mention. For example, a flare-up in my legs might leave me unwilling to walk or stand in one spot for more than seconds. So there's a big spread in the amount of pain..... but a mild flare up is described exactly as cramping.

Please don't worry about anything that you've experienced for only one month. I can understand why you would have a tendency to be concerned because of your experience of the heart diagnosis. But you're only 30. I have shoes older than you! You are way too young to be worrying about this. My motto is: If you can't fix it, then don't worry about it. Anyway, that's my humble opinion.
