Fibro fog embarassment

Fibro fog has been really bad for me, I have trouble talking to people and it is so embarrassing! I take my husband to important Doctors appointments because I know that I can't understand what they say. I feel it has become even worse and it scares the heck out of me. I went to talk to the bank about financial advise and she might as well been talking in another lauguage. I feel like I am losing my cognitive function and the ability to make important decisions. I can tell that it is happening by they way people stop there conversations and just look at me strange. I have always had a good mind and gotten 80 and 90 in school, which I could not do now. I feel really frightened I have dementia! What happens to everyone else with there Fibro Fog? is it causing you to have embaressing situations in your life, where people stop there conversations and look at you strange? Please let me know if this happens to you or is it just me?
