lyrica isn't helping

I have been taking 100mg of lyrica twice a day and it's not doing anything. I know it's nit the fibro dose but shouldn't it be doing something? I don't know if it's worth increasing

I am taking Lyrica and Cymbalta and it seems to work most of the day but by 3:00-4:00ish I feel the pain start to come back. It also makes me feel like I am in a fog. Not sure what to do.

I think you should talk to your doc, some meds work while others just don't. You need to maybe suggest another medication or increase the dose. Just do whatever the doctor thinks is best.
