diamond, As I was reading your post again I thought about mentioning that I have to be very careful when I reach out with my arms to pull on my jeans or even back when I was putting on swim fins as in the angle of which I did it as something simple can make my shoulders feel like they are coming out of their sockets. It is extremely painful and then they hurt for a long period of time.

I think whatever we do we need to go slow and not push ourselves to hard. Relax, relax, relax, and let the stress of the day or the hour fade away. :)
