When you are feeling low what do you do to change it?

I give myself the day. I don't immediately try to get out of the bad mood, I try and realize why I am feeling depressed and then I let myself grieve. I find EFT to be very helpful during those times. I don't obsessively focus on the feeling but I let myself feel what I am feeling and then I let it go and find something fun to do. Drink my favorite tea, watch my favorite movie. You feel things for a reason and that is okay, it's what we do with that feeling that matters. You can't ignore it forever so I find it helpful to feel it, accept it and let it go. There is no shame in crying, you can't always be strong and that is okay.
