Hello, I am hoping to meet and share what's helps those who suffer from FM.
How lives have changed & how to accept our new limitations.
What exercises helps and meds.how we dress and change or purchase furniture to accommodate us as this disease progresses.
Also hobbies to share and talk about & how to share our problems with our family, friends, or the medical field.
I hope to meet many friends as this illness has a way robbing who we used to be and grieving who We once were. It also has a way of making me feel lonely and misunderstood.FM is i different for everyone but it helps so much to talk to someone who has FM. I fight each day to take care of my home, my beloved partner the angel of my heart and my many animals who give me so much happiness each day. I am truly grateful for all I have. I wont lie and wish I could go back 20 years when I had no constant pain . But I have learned to never take one day for granted. There are so many lessons to learn it's what we do with them every day that makes a difference.
I alway find it encouraging to share experiences from FM patients.
