So tired after these past three days. I've had to soak up a lot of info. So has my husband. I thought I was handling everything ok but apparently not so much.
Yesterday I saw my rheumy and it was a good visit. I told him that I was having more pain since I stopped the Mobic. Told him that my left knee was experiencing a bit more pain than usual. He checked it by moving it around and listening. Told me it was osteoarthritis. He said a cortisone shot would help, so I said ok. Anything to help, right. He gave me a new med for the pain. I can't remember the name. He also ordered complete x-rays of my neck and both of my knees. Yeah!
Today I feel like I've been tumbled in washing machine.
I am starting to come to terms with having surgery on my thyroid. I will know in two weeks which kind it will be, partial or all of the thyroid. I have to admit that I'm a little more anxious than usual. I didn't sign up for this! If anybody has some information or any experience with this. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
