After feeling bad for about a year I was finally diagnosed with fibro this summer. I just went to my HR department as I have been having some difficulties at work. I said I wanted to know what I could do through FMLA. HR said that we can make some adjustments through ADA so that I could be paid. Has your HR department helped you make changes at work to accommodate your issues? What changes did they make? Or did you have issues with your company not helping you and what were they?
