Panic attack

So I had to go to the hospital for an mri scan this morning I couldn't do it because I had a panic attack in the machine...I feel so bad I feel exhausted. This is causing the fibro to flare up. Sorry to moan but I needed to get this off my chest.

Hi Bumble. just saw your post. I'm so sorry you had a panic attack. I had one as wellas couple weeks ago during a brain MRI. I just made it through.
Please try not to stress about it. You may want to ask for an "open MRI" so you can eliminate some of the anxiety.
