Headaches and Storms

I thought it was the change of weather, but I later learnt it was all about barometric pressure! My sister has the same issue, my headaches just get bad when I feel tense. Hers start when it rains. I never understood why, but it turns out barometric pressure can affect some people a lot.

My sister always tells me that she knows when there will be a storm due to the fact her joints hurt, or she feels a headache coming on. Bad weather does tend to trigger ill feelings in people. Some people just feel sleeping all day from dreary weather. Bad weather just tends to promote feelings of ill health in many people, and, especially those people that suffer from joint pain, or headache pain.

It's funny you mention the joints! My sister gets headaches before a storm, but I get joint pain instead of headaches. Funny how barometric pressure can do that kind of things to us, my mom often said it was arthritis, lol. But now we know this can be caused by the barometric pressure.
