new to fibro and this site

Hi. I'm Kaza and live in Australia. So glad to find this site. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia since November 2014. I am sure I have had it a lot longer as I did have a Chronic fatigue sort of illness back in 1999. I am 47 and starting to struggle at work as I am a veterinary nurse. I feel like I am on a rollercoaster. I am off to a specialist in Sydney that I got off this group. I am hoping he can help me. I have a few triggers . Rain is the worst and also some food and alcohol. Look forward to having some people that understand to speak to . Cheers Kaza.:smile:

Hello Kaza, Welcome to the group. I hope your new specialist can help you out a little bit. Rain is a huge trigger for also. That and cold weather. I haven't seen any issues with food button I had to stop drinking about a year ago because I noticed how bad of a trigger it was for me. I thought I would miss it but I really don't.
