It's entirely possible that muscle strain from stress is causing forehead stiffness. It could actually be a headache you're experiencing--instead of, for instance, the back of your head, it's in the forehead.

Eye strain, believe it or not, could be the cause, too. I doubt it's any disease--perhaps even a type of migraine that is manifesting strangely.

I'd suggest, when you're not feeling anxious, to sit and list the symptoms that concern you the most and take those with you to your doctor. Chronic muscle fatigue and tenseness can be a lot of very benign issues. Do some research on fibromyalgia if you have pain and sleep issues involved.

Muscle fatigue is pretty common with fibro, as is feeling stiff. I've had it for over 20 years--there's a forum here for questions about it--and as long as I've had it--I can list every symptom. Do some reading there--and if you post questions on that part, I'll take the time to answer them--but really--it's just NOT ALS. You can relax on that score.
